Annual Meeting
Annual meeting is always the first weekend of June each year.
Social Events
Notification of social events such as impromptu gatherings at the pool, tennis or pickle ball courts, house parties, etc are usually received by email from the Social Committee. However CVE has an opt-in social event notification policy. If you want to be on this email distribution list please contact the Social Committee at CVESocial@gmail.com.

Updated landscaping around the entrance will be updated over the next few years.
Boat Registration Required by June 30th

Please provide the following by June 30th
- copy of new boat registration by June 30th (all state registrations must be renewed by July 1st).
- provide updated proof of insurance prior to expiration.
All boats must have proof of insurance (with CVE as named insured), CVE Registration Form and a copy of current boat registration (showing CVE property owner as registered owner of the boat) on file prior to a boat being moored in the marina. Any boat moored in the marina without this documentation is considered unauthorized and the owner is subject to a fine.
This applies only to boats moored in the marina.
Failure to comply with the above may incur a fine of $25/day.
Pool Owners – Please Do Not Drain Pool or Spa Water into Sewer or Street.
If you need to drain a portion or all of your pool or spa the required way to dispose of the water is to dispose of it on your site or pump it into a truck and dispose of it at an appropriate location.

Please feel free to email us at CVEHOABoard@gmail.com anytime with any observations, ideas, or complaints you may have. We will take time to discuss matters brought to our attention at a Board meeting. If you have an interest in serving as a volunteer, please advise the Board in writing.
