Can I just leave my garbage can out on the street when I leave and bring it back in when I get back to town in a couple days?

No. Garbages may be brought out no more than 24 hours before pickup Wednesday morning and should be brought back in within 24 hours of pick up (no later than Thursday morning). If you are going to be away for garbage pickup, please arrange with a neighbor or friend to manage the taking out and bringing in of your cans.

What happens to the tennis net during winter?

We try to leave the net up as long as possible, but once the snows come, we pack the net into storage for the winter. This ensures that it won’t be damaged by harsh weather and will remain in good shape for many years to come. The net is usually put away during the week before Thanksgiving.

The lot next to me has not been mowed and the weeds are getting tall. Who do I tell?

Please contact the homeowner first. All homeowners are expected to maintain their lots by mowing and ensuring the weeds are kept to a manageable height. This limits the spread of unwanted weeds and improves the level of protection for fire season. All regular maintenance of lots is the responsibility of the owner.

I would like to know more about what’s going on in the neighborhood. Can anyone attend Board meetings?

Yes! Please refer to the Board page on this site for the upcoming schedule of Board meetings. Contact one of the board members for details on time and location of the next meeting. If you have a topic you would like the board to discuss or something you would like to present at the meeting, please let the president know at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting, but understand that guests are not allowed to discuss or give input on Board matters during Board meetings. Instead, there is an open public comment period at the beginning of each Board meeting, where you may speak on the topic of your choice. Please contact us if you would like to present at an upcoming Board meeting.
