New Entry Sign
The following is information on the different options for the new entry sign for Crystal View Estates
Please read each option and then VOTE FOR ONE OPTION on your voting sheet that was sent to you in the mail.
OPTION A
Manufactured Rock, Metal Letters with Lighting BEHIND each letter (back lighting).

A manufactured rock is a rock that looks realistic and can be created to the size and shape you desire.
Metal Lettering has a 3Dimensional (3D) look and would be installed on the rock with lighting behind each lettering.
Lighting behind each lettering provides a stylish look that has a glow behind each letter without shadows on the lettering.
Cost $20,499 (lighting included) plus Electrical conduit, concrete pad, crane & permits
Manufactured Rock – 14’wide x6’6”tall x10” thick – $12,282
Metal Letters Installed on rock includes lighting – $8216.68
Lighting for Lettering – $Included
Electrical Conduit from Meter to Rock Base – approx 25 ft – $TBD
Concrete Pad to anchor the rock – $1500~

OPTION B
Manufactured Rock, Sandblasted Lettering and Front Lighting (either hardwired or solar).
With upgrade option to 3D Metal Lettering
Manufactured Rock, Sandblasted Lettering and Front Lighting (either hardwired or solar).
A manufactured rock is a realistic looking rock that can be created to any size and shape desired.
Sandblasted lettering is when the letters are carved out of the flat face of the rock. This option B has an upgrade option to 3Dimensional (3D) Metal Lettering
Front lighting can be either hardwired or solar and provides light shining from the ground up to the face of the sign. Front lighting does create some shadowing on the sign.
Cost $10,000 plus Lighting, Electrical conduit, concrete pad, crane & permits
Option to upgrade and add Metal Lettering for a 3Dimensional (3D) effect Add $2839

Option B to upgrade and Add the Metal Lettering for a 3Dimensional (3D) look with Front Lighting. If you want to look at one of these up close – the Shadow Ridge sign is in Entiat right on the highway as you go thru.
OPTION C
Real Rock, Sandblasted Lettering and Front Lighting (either hardwired or solar).

Real rock is subject to whatever size the rock companies have available. Likely will be smaller and less significant.
Sandblasted lettering is when the letters are carved out of the flat face of the rock.

Cost $9880.00 plus Lighting, Electrical conduit, concrete pad, crane & permits
Currently real rock suppliers only have smaller rocks available (approx 8’x5′)
Real Rock – Valdes Sandstone or Salt & Pepper granite Rock (8′ to 12′) – $9880
Sand Blasted Lettering – $Included
Lighting – hardwired or Solar = $TBD
Electrical Conduit from Meter to Rock Base – approx 25 ft – $TBD
